<p>Bulk seed delivery system seed tenders are available with the optional telescoping conveyor on both the 240 and 160 bushel capacity models. Telescoping conveyors can be adjusted between 14&#8242; and 22&#8242; and pivots 180&deg; to reach hoppers and boxes on drills and planters. Tenders come with two compartments. The conveyors are a 8&#8243; belt inside a 6&#8243; tube for the most preferred method for bulk seed handling. 100% clean out for no cross contamination. Equipped with crescent belts and rubber lined spouts to allow the safest transfer of your seed investment. The largest seed tender in CrustBuster / Speed King&rsquo;s fleet is the model 330/411 which has 330 bushels and 411 cu. ft. capacity. It is equipped with CrustBuster&rsquo;s exclusive Honeycomb belt conveyor that can gently move seed at up to 30 bushels per minute at a 34&deg; angle.</p>

<p>The CrustBuster / Speed King All Plant No-Till Conservation Drill plants up to three different conservation grass seeds together in one pass. Three different seed boxes plant three different variety seeds together. It&#8217;s seed boxes are designed and proportioned for different seed volumes and rates. The drill also has the ability to plant from only one seed box without operating the other two. The largest seed box at the front can be used as a primary grain reservoir for seeding crops. Or it can be used together with the other two seed boxes containing legume seed and / or fluffy grass seed for conservation work.</p>
<p>This drill is equipped with CrustBuster&rsquo;s proven Parallel Linkage Opener, engineered to create constant down pressure throughout its operating range. Consistent planting depth control is achieved with parallel linkage and easily adjustable constant down pressure. It is designed so the openers remain parallel to the ground at uniform depth throughout the opener&#8217;s travel creating a constant relationship between the blade and press wheel to achieve consistent depth control. Offset blades penetrate firm soil and create the ultimate seed furrow. The leading notched blade with a 3/4&#8243; offset gives maximum penetration and trash flow. Five quick-change down pressure adjustments from 100 lbs. to 500 lbs per opener aids in attaining consistent planting depth. The no-till conservation drill is available in 10&#8242;, 13&#8242;, 15&#8242;, 20&#8242;, 25&#8242; and 30&#8242; width.</p>

<p>All Plant No-Till Drills from CrustBuster / Speed King Inc. have the ability to drill many different varieties and sizes of seed into all types of planting conditions ranging from heavy residue no-tillage, minimum tillage and conventional tillage fields. Model sizes range from single section ten feet width up to three section fifty feet width. All of these drills can be folded down to narrow road width for transport from field to field.</p>

<p>The ability to drill such a wide variety of seed comes from CrustBuster&#8217;s exclusive Wobble Slot which is a unique all metal ductile cast seed cup metering system that achieves single seed placement. The Wobble Slot is bored and machine faced with a sintered metal rotor of bronze alloy construction (no plastic parts).</p>
<p>A precision processed rotor is adjusted by moving the shaft at one point on each drill box, with infinite spacing from 0 to 3/4&#8243; for varying seed sizes, weights and rates. No feed gates to adjust, no special tools required. The smooth spiral action admits seeds into the chute for uniform planting. No rough cogs to damage fragile seeds. The end result is precise single seed placement. The Wobble Slot allows controlled seeding of crops such as wheat, soybeans, sorghum, alfalfa as well as a full variety of cover crop seed mixtures.</p>
